What to make of the housing data for Woodbury MN from last year to this year.

What does all this mean?  First we have to look at the amount of home sales in Woodbury MN from last year to this year. We have gone from 40 to 11 in less than a year. The amount of listings active has not changed much. Last year we were at 429 listings and now at 404.   Woodbury is the most desirable location for sales in this price range with Cottage Grove being the next up.

The most important factor if your looking to sell is that the average sale price went up and the price per sqft went up.  The bad news is that there is a lot of inventor for you to compete against.
